Filesystem crash on Betzy

The problem has been resolved and Betzy is now back online.

The issue was caused by a problem with two pumps in the water supply for the liquid cooling loop. This had a chain effect where Betzy shut down to prevent damage due to high temperature.

File system is still down. All jobs have crashed. We are still investigating the issue and trying to fix asap.
