Betzy filesystem performance degraded

Cleaning is finished, so performance should be back to normal.

Betzy filesystem performance has been a problem for last couple of weeks. One of the reason is that “/cluster/projects” and “/cluster/work” are getting fuller than expected.

Our cleaning script is not able to remove files fast enough to mitigate the situation and keep the filesystem alive, so we also advise users to clean up their work space.

Our policy is to clean up files older than 21 days but we will have to get it down to 18 days to get the filesystem under 85%.
