Fram cooling problem

Most compute nodes are now up, and jobs are running as normal.

The cooling is back, and we are slowly powering on compute nodes.
There will be a maintenance stop on Monday 27. to make more permanent fixes to the cooling.

There are problems with the cooling system on Fram. It started during the night. Most compute nodes have shut themselves off. We are investigating.
