Several nodes down on Fram

Most nodes are back online again. 19 nodes remain offline and will be investigated further. This will not affect production.

A large portion of the nodes in the ‘normal’ partition on Fram are down (at the moment 539 nodes). The machine is running jobs as normal, but at a reduced capacity. We are investigating the issue.
