Reboot of Betzy login-3

Dear users of Betzy,

Due to high number of inactive user processes [email protected] was starting to become irresponsive. We therefore had to preform an emergency reboot. We are currently working on activating user limits on the login nodes, but were unfortunately not able to complete this yet.

Apologies for the inconveniences this caused. Since only the login node is rebooted, all active jobs on Compute nodes are untouched, and should be running. Otherwise the reboot has been successful, and login-3 is available again.
