Reduced capacity due to NTNU cooling upgrade week 48 from 2024-11-25 07:00 CET to 2024-11-29 17:00 CET

There will be a cooling maintenance on the NTNU infrastructure in week 48.
We need to keep the total power usage below 1500Kwatt during this week.
This means we need to shut down some computenodes.
Saga and Betzy will be reduced with 20% capacity and will be running at 80% throughout this week.
