With reference to the previous update and the temporary fix, we close this issue for now, as normal operations should not be affected.

As mentioned we will continue to work on the disk quotas and come back with a permanent fix as soon as possible.

Investigating

We are still trying to resolve this issue, but we have noticed some jobs are failing due to Disk Quota Exceeded error. With the current issues this is hard to troubleshoot, therefore In order to lessen the impact we have decided to resolve this particular issue by disabling user disk quotas over the Holidays.

NB: Please use the shared resources responsibly, as abuse of this fix by one user will affect all users. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and are working hard to resolve it as soon as possible.

Issue

We have some noticed issues with the filesystem (dusage not working, users getting quota exceeded errors, etc.) from user reports. We are currently troubleshooting this, and will give an update as soon as possible.
