Slow write-actions on Betzy

Most of the issues have been resolved, and filesystem is running close to optimal. Therefore Betzy is operational, but minor issues might occur for some users.

In the process of resolving this, some user jobs were suspended. Please login and check your job status by running sacct (or sacct --user <username>), so that these can be restarted.

Users are still reporting various degrees of slow filesystem (and even jobs crashing as a result). We have therefore escalated this to an incident.

We are investigating this, and will update this Opslog continously.
