Betzy: issues with login node

The problems were due to a spike on data transfer. This has now been fixed, and the login nodes are back to normal again.

There are currently some filesystem related issues, and users are reporting slow/unresponsive sessions, and/or unable to login.

We are looking into this, and will update this opslog with findings.
