Olivia: /cluster/work/projects/ not "viewable"

The issue has been identified, handled and the problem has been confirmed resolved. All users should now be able to access the filesystem as normal. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We have reported this issue to our providors, and will work with them to resolve this.

Accessing folders directly seems to be working unpredictably, but if you experience any newer problems other than ls /cl../../projects/.. and cd /cl../../../nnXk/somefolder, please report this to us and we will troubleshoot with the provider.

Correction: It no longer works navigating to subfolders through full path either. We are still investigating the cause of this.

Multiple users have reported getting permission denied error when trying to view contents (e.g. ls). We are looking into the cause of this.

Accessing the subfolders is still working, so commands like cd /cluster/work/projects/nnXK/folder/subfolder will give no errors.
