NIRD SP: Minor disruptions on GPFS system

Earlier today, we experienced issues with the GPFS filesystem affecting several Service Platform worker nodes. This resulted in intermittent service disruption and, for some users, stale file handle errors.

The affected services have now recovered. We are continuing to monitor the platform.
