Betzy: Issues with filesystem affecting several services

There’s currently an issue with the filesystem on betzy, which is affecting multiple services (nodes being drained, certain modules giving “not found/doesn’t exist” issues). We are investigating the cause and scope of effect, and will update this opslog soon.
