NIRD/Service Platform: file system issues

Upgrade completed.

We have completed half of the upgrade and will finish on Monday.
We expect therefore a bit of downtime of the NIRD login nodes
on Monday morning. Some other services will also be affected.

Due to a bug in the GPFS version currently in use on the service platform some services (including NIRD login nodes) may lose contact with the storage. We will proceed with a rolling upgrade of the GPFS file system to fix this issue. It is therefore expected short down-times of all the services running on the service platform until the upgrade is completed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
