Servers have been rebooted and NIRD filesystem is now back to normal.

We have found that the filesystem problem was caused by “glibc” library and have already applied the fixes.

We are currently in the process of rebooting the servers and monitoring them, so expect some short down-time later today, starting from 17:00.

The issue is still being worked on. We are working closely with our vendor to identify and solve it as soon as possible.

We are aware of the impacts it has caused to our users and, as soon as we have updates to share, we will let everyone know.

We have recieved reports that file-related processes on NIRD are hanging for some users, including navigation of the file system and file copying. We are currently investigating the issue, and will provide updates when we know more about the issue and when it is expected to be resolved.
