Restarting of Saga

To resolve the current filesystem issue on Saga, we need to reboot Saga (both login- and compute nodes).
The compute nodes will be reserved for reboot, and will otherwise not affect user jobs.
The login nodes are scheduled to reboot in two batches, starting at 13:00 (login-[1-2]), and 13:30 (login-[3-5]. Users that are logged in will get notifications on the terminal before, so that they can change to another login-node during the downtime.
