Filesystem issues on Saga

We made some changes yesterday, and after some testing it seems to have resolved the quota-related issue. As a result, all quota enforcement on Saga is currently disabled (not just size).

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Please re-run the jobs that were failing due to this issue, and let us know if you encounter any issues.

The previous incident is still not fully resolved. Though the temporary fix (disabling of quota) has worked for many users, there are still some that keep getting “Disk Quota Exceeded“ (or similar I/O errors).

We are looking into the cause of this, and will update this opslog asap.
